I am a counsellor and psychotherapist. I work integratively drawing from both Systemic and Psychodynamic approaches. Since obtaining my psychology degree I have worked in a number of organisations including Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Services, School Family service and Relate where I have extensive experience in couple work and relationship issues. I work on both a short term and open ended basis.
I have an Honours degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Relationship Therapy, a Postgraduate Certificate in Attachment and a Diploma in NLP.
I am fully insured and am a Member of BACP and AFT. I come from a corporate background and have worked in the Film industry. I provide a discreet and compassionate solution focused service.
In schools Jo works with ages 3 to 18 with a wide range of issues such as self-esteem, bullying, behavioural, anxiety and friendship issues. Jo is currently working as a resident young people’s therapist in both a high school and a junior school and also at Pam Custers & Associates. She has a special ability of making children and young people feel truly at ease whilst at the same time, being able to process the difficulties they face.

Annette uses a range of techniques including CBT and TA. Her approach to therapy draws on Person Centred, Psychodynamic and attachment based principles. This links into an individual style of relationships which are vital for our happiness and wellbeing. She is an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Dr Joseph F Ryan
In addition to working at Pam Custers & Associates, Joseph is the author or editor of over 100 publications. Joseph is an accredited MBACP member. PhD, MSc, MA, BA (hons).
Emma Shearley Sanders
Emma sees individuals who are experiencing a variety of problems, from relationship issues to depression, phobias/panic attacks and more long-term issues which have had a detrimental impact on their lives.
She believes that with increased awareness people are better able to make more effective choices to improve their wellbeing relationships and their life. Her fresh and insightful approach is highly regarded by clients.
